Ágústa Katrín received certification for auditing work at the beginning of 2010. She has an M.Acc degree in auditing and accounting and a Cand. Oecon in Business Administration from the University of Iceland.

Ágústa Katrín worked for KPMG for over thirteen years from 2006 to 2019 when she founded the consulting company AKG revision ehf.

KPMG's projects were diverse and it worked in both the auditing and tax departments. During this period, she was involved in auditing and accounting for many large and small companies, as well as providing advice as an expert in tax filing. Has been involved in various consulting projects, including accounting assistance, tax advice, calculation of real estate VAT liabilities, due diligence and auditing of VAT cases at KPMG's clients.

Ágústa Katrín is the business manager of some nationally known musicians, but she specializes in tax / international issues for musicians. Previous work experience includes chief accountant at Bernhard ehf. (1998-2005).

Gísli received certification for auditing work at the beginning of 2015. He completed his M.Acc studies in accounting and auditing from the University of Iceland in 2014, a BS in business administration from Bifröst University in 2006 and a diploma in industrial management from the University of Akureyri in 1993. Gísli started working in auditing at the beginning of 2008 and worked until 2019 when he started working as a self-employed accountant.

For the past eleven years, Gísli has worked in the auditing department of KPMG and has been responsible for the planning and implementation of auditing companies of all sizes. He has worked on the settlement and preparation of companies' annual accounts as well as on the preparation of consolidated annual accounts. He has worked in tax returns for both individuals and companies. He has been involved in planning, profitability calculations and assisted in the development of internal control. During his last five years at KPMG, Gísli taught a number of courses for employees and accountants and worked on organizing courses. Gísli also has a long experience from the business world, but he worked for eight years as purchasing manager and deputy managing director of ELKO and worked for years before that for a company in transport services.

Þorvaldur received certification for auditing work in 1980. He is a student from Reykjavík High School and settled in the law department of the University of Iceland and graduated from there the following year. While studying auditing at the University of Iceland in the years 1973-1977, Þorvaldur worked at the Audit Office of Eyjólfur K Sigurjónsson hf from 1973 and worked there until the end of 1986.

From the beginning of 1987, Þorvaldur began collaborating with the auditors Þorsteinn Kristinsson (1987-2007) and Guðmundur R Óskarsson. The synonym for the office has been Auditing and Accounting.

During the period of operation, the projects have been of various kinds in the field of taxation, settlement and accounting, as well as auditing and consulting work for smaller and larger operators on an Icelandic scale.
